Meet Ryan Gilmour
Ryan was inspired to enter into a career in real estate after seeing the positive effects real estate had in his own life. From becoming a first-time home buyer to investing in both short and long-term rentals, he believes in the power of real estate.In his previous 12-year career as an in-home telecom technician, he learned many unique and transferable skills. Walking through 4 to 5 homes a day with the owners provided him with an appreciation for peoples connections to their homes and an eye for detail. While driving all over Greater Victoria for over 10 years has given him intimate knowledge of neighbourhoods across the city.
In his free time, Ryan pursues his passion of travelling the world to scuba dive (particularly with sharks). He is also a lover of wine, completing his WSET Level 3 and Burgundy Master Level.
